These two jobs are interchangeable and employees frequently work both job positions.

Bell Staff

Interacts with Guests ensuring they have a memorable experience by greeting arriving guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous manner at all times. Provides baggage handling and other assistance to Guests while providing outstanding guest services. Proactively engages arriving guests and puts them at ease. Bell Staff is frequently the first and last contact a Guest has with the property so they must be positively memorable. Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 75 lbs; possess the ability to communicate with Guests in a professional manner; excellent customer service skills; standing or walking for long periods of time may be required; must be able to work a varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours.

Parking Attendants

Responsible for controlling traffic at entrances, ensuring only registered guests park on property. This position is also expected to evaluate parking areas to ensure optimal utilization and to maintain the safety of all guests. A positive, friendly attitude is required to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Will work a varying schedule including evenings, holidays, and extended hours.
